Canadian rapper Tory Lanez has been hospitalised after being stabbed 14 times by another inmate at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi. Lanez, who is serving a 10-year sentence for shooting fellow musician Megan Thee Stallion, was attacked in a prison housing unit on Monday morning.

Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, suffered seven wounds to his back, four to his torso, two to the back of his head, and one to the left side of his face. His lungs collapsed, and he was initially placed on a breathing apparatus before being rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
